With over four decades of expertise, including key roles at Appleton Paper, Cascade Engineering, and Magna-Donnelly, Kathy is a beacon of inspiration for women in manufacturing. She has received numerous awards, including the Outstanding Leader in Business Award (2023) from YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, the Outstanding Corporate Citizen Impact Award from the Chicago Foundation for Women, the Entrepreneur of The Year® 2022 Midwest Award from EY, and was honored on Forbes’ “50 Over 50” list in 2021.
After starting on a blown film manufacturing floor as a teenager, Dan rapidly progressed to become a leader in the industry. With 30 years in the business, he has developed an extensive understanding of operations, R&D, raw materials, and sales. His exceptional ability to relate to and lead different types of people stems from his genuine appreciation for unique personalities.
Passionate about fueling our strategic agenda through a people-first, best-in-class engagement, Lisa leverages extensive experiences in finance, sales, strategy, and Human Resources to accelerate sustainable growth. Lisa joins CNG from a leading global food and beverage marketing company, KraftHeinz, where she held key leadership roles including Chief Transformation Officer and Chief People Officer. Lisa will drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and expand our product offerings in our key end markets.
Greg oversees all financial activities of CNG, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and risk management, as well as the information technology department. He is focused on driving the ambitious growth goals of CNG by building on the strong financial framework and culture of the company. Greg joined CNG in 2022 as Chief Accounting Officer and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional financial performance in the manufacturing and distribution industries, among others. Prior to joining CNG, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at The Azek Company from 2019 to 2022, where he helped lead a successful IPO of the company in June of 2020. Prior to joining Azek, Greg also served in other leadership positions, including Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., Vice President of Financial Reporting and Policy at Hertz Global Holdings Inc., and Assistant Corporate Controller at Ball Corporation. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and lives in Chicago, IL with his wife and four children.
Brandon serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations, bringing over 25 years of leadership expertise to the role. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he leads the Operations function with a focus on achieving operational excellence within our 'One CNG' framework. Reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO, Brandon oversees daily operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvements throughout the organization. His responsibilities extend to managing the company’s health and safety, quality, engineering, and a manufacturing network of 16 sites across North America.
