Kathy Bolhous is Chief Executive Officer of Charter Next Generation. Under her leadership, the organization has become North America’s largest independent specialty film manufacturer. Her 35+ years of leadership experience, sincere dedication to her team, and sustainability efforts make Kathy a motivating force in plastics manufacturing.

Dan Niss is President of Charter Next Generation. After starting on a blown film manufacturing floor as a teenager, he rapidly progressed to become a leader in the industry. With 30 years in the business Dan developed an extensive understanding of Operations, R&D, Raw Materials and Sales. His exceptional ability to relate to and lead different types of people stems from his genuine appreciation for unique personalities.

Douglas Latreille is Chief Commercial Officer, having joined Charter Next Generation in 2017. He has led global sales and marketing organizations for more than 25 years, taking pride in helping customers find ways to grow their business. Doug is passionate about leveraging innovation to develop long term strategic growth roadmaps that deliver sustainable solutions for our customers

Lisa Alteri is the Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer for Charter Next Generation (CNG) and oversees the Company’s human capital, communications, and legal agenda. She is passionate about fueling the Company’s strategic agenda to create value through a people-first, talent led philosophy. Lisa is focused on developing leaders for the future, advancing our ownership culture, best in class engagement, and the agenda for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She has served in this capacity since July 2023.

Prior to joining CNG, Lisa had a distinguished 25-year career at Kraft Foods and the Kraft Heinz Company, serving in leadership roles across multiple functions including Finance, Commercial, Human Resources as well as leading the Company’s Strategy and Transformation agenda. As the company’s first Chief People Officer of the combined Kraft and Heinz company, she led an organization that supported the Company’s largest zone, with 22,000 employees, including 40 manufacturing facilities.

John Corsi is Charter Next Generation’s Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of leadership experience across the manufacturing industry, John is passionate about excellence in operations, executing growth strategies, developing leaders, and outperforming the competition with an enthusiastic and engaged team. Throughout John’s career, sustainability and innovation have remained at the forefront. He joins CNG from National Gypsum Company (NGC)- a multi-billion dollar building products manufacturer with operations in the US and Canada. He served as SVP, President of Building Products/Operations. Before NGC, John held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and James River Corporation, where he began his manufacturing career as a shift supervisor in paperboard packaging.

Greg Jorgensen is Chief Financial Officer at Charter Next Generation. He oversees all financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations and risk management, as well as information technology. He is focused on driving our ambitious growth goals by upholding a strong financial framework and culture for the company.

Greg joined CNG in 2022 as Chief Accounting Officer and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional financial performance in the manufacturing and distribution industries, among others. Prior to joining CNG, he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at The Azek Company from 2019 to 2022. He also served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., Vice President of Financial Reporting and Policy at Hertz Global Holdings Inc., and Assistant Corporate Controller at Ball Corporation. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Eric Smith is Chief Procurement Officer who, after 21 years with Charter Next Generation, is all about building an exceptional culture through trust and teamwork. Prior to becoming CPO, Eric held senior leadership positions in both the technical and operations functions. He is proud to have been a member of the leadership team since 2012.

Brent Greiner is Vice President of Technology. Brent started his career with this company more then 20 years ago, advancing through numerous technical roles to eventually become their leader. He is excited to be a part of such a dynamic company that strives to meet or exceed customers expectations each and every day. Brent believes in always staying curious and being open to learning new things.

Brandon Hall is Executive Vice President of Operations. With 20+ years of industry leadership experience, Brandon has used his Six Sigma Black belt training to help him drive improvements in all aspects of operations. He enjoys working with different teams to help them “find a better way” to establish new procedures, techniques, and methods that result in continuous improvement.
